News

(2/24) I submitted a short note entitled "A note on the completeness of Fourier-based metrics on measures" to the ArXiv. It can be found here.

(1/24) I co-organized (with Lisa Naples) an AMS special session at the 2024 Joint Mathematics Meetings entitled "Analysis and Differential Equations at Undergraduate Institutions". Information on the session can be found here.

(3/23) My recent paper with Laurent Saloff-Coste entitled "On-diagonal asymptotics for heat kernels of a class of inhomogeneous partial differential operators" was published in the Journal of Differential Equations. It can be found here and here.

(3/23) I presented a seminar talk entitled ``Local Limit Theorems for Complex Functions on Zd" in the Analysis and Probability Seminar at the University of Connecticut. This talk was partially based on my recent paper in the Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications.

(1/23) I presented a seminar lecture entitled ``Positive homogeneous operators, heat kernels, and their estimates" in the MPESF (Mathematical Physics: Experiment, Structure, and Framework) Seminar at the University of California, Riverside. This talk was based on my paper Davies’ method for heat-kernel estimates: An extension to the semi-elliptic setting with Laurent Saloff-Coste.

(1/23) I presented a short talk entitled ``On-diagonal asymptotics for heat kernels corresponding to a class of inhomogeneous operators" in the special session for Analysis and Differential Equations at Undergraduate Institutions at the 2023 Joint Mathematics Meetings in Boston. This talk was based on my recent paper with Laurent Saloff-Coste.

(10/22) My paper entitled ``Local local limit theorems for complex functions on Zd" was published in the Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications. It can be found here and here.

(9/22) For her article Breaking the Bell Curve describing my work with Huan Bui '21, Christina Nunez won a national award from the National Association of Science Writers. Congratulations to Christina! You can read about her award here.

Please see my schedule below for office hours, open door hours and by appointment time slots.
